What we keep
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and the date you joined. Nothing else.
If you reply to our email, for example to become a beta tester, we keep your message so we can answer it.
Why
To email you when FocusKnight is available. We do not sell or share your email, and we do not put it on other lists.
We ask for your email because you chose to join the waitlist. That is your consent. You can take it back at any time.
Who sees it
We use three services to run the waitlist:
Framer, which hosts this website and receives the form
Vercel, which passes your email on to our email service
Resend, which stores your email and sends our messages
Some of them may keep data outside the EU. When they do, it is covered by the EU's standard contract terms.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How long
We keep your email until you leave the list or ask us to delete it.
Leaving
Our emails have a way to unsubscribe. To have your email deleted, write to mail@andyjamerson.com and we will delete it within a few days.
Who we are
FocusKnight is made by Andy Jamerson in Spain. You can write to mail@andyjamerson.com with any question.
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
