How does sync work?
Use the same Apple ID on your iPhone and your Mac, and turn on iCloud on both. Your hero then shows up on both devices. There is no FocusKnight account and no login.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open FocusKnight and tap Restore purchase on the screen where you buy the game. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with. Still stuck? Email us.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free with the whole game. After that, one payment keeps it for good. There is no subscription.
What happens if I give up a session?
The monster wins that fight. You can start a new fight right away.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and pick FocusKnight.
What happens to my data?
FocusKnight collects no personal data. Your progress stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. Read the privacy policy.
